- Door access system.
- D.G Set
- Canteen Vendor & Snack Management
- New access card for joinees and deletion of access on exit
- Maintaining door access reports for audits
- Maintaining CCTV records for audits
- Maintaining Visitors register and security compliance for audits
- ID and visiting card for employees
- New purchases for any assets as and when required
- Asset register
- Monthly compliance audit- checks everything is in working condition
- Additional construction/changes in facility as and when required
- Admin expense and budget sheet
- Vendor and AMC management for all assets- AC, D.G Set, UPS, Servers etc.
- Office Supplies- Tea/coffee, Cleaning material, stationery, snacks etc.
- Handling Client Visits and transportation
- Event management
- Any new project as asked
Proven working experiencein Admin executive role.
Effective negotiation,influencing and communication skills
Very strongcomputer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet/Intranet
Ability toperform assigned work independently
Keencustomer centric approach with skills in Administration.
