1. To handle media daily operations
2. Handle logistics process and logistics queries
3. Negotiate on rates and onboarding new logistics carrier
4. Handle returns and oversee warehouse operations process
5. Coordinate with the internal team and resolve their queries
6. Handling all account metrics and its policies
7. Analyze process workflow and its continuous improvements
